All our work in the UK is run entirely by volunteers. Not one of us is paid. So every hour you give really does make a difference.

It doesn't matter what your background, skills or experience are, or how much time you have. Even a few hours a month helps, and many roles can be done from home. Whether you're retired, doing your Duke of Edinburgh Award, at university, or just want to learn something new, we'd love to hear from you. You need to be 16 or over to volunteer with us on your own. Younger supporters are very welcome too, with a parent, guardian, school or group. Some roles, including anything involving children, are for over-18s only.
