Campaign with us

Street children struggle to be heard. Their needs are often ignored. They are vilified, marginalised and face many injustices. When we see injustice we won't be silenced. No matter the issue. No matter the consequence. We will speak out. And you can too.

Our Street Champions are children and young people from the streets who speak up for their friends, to the Government, the media and anyone who will listen.

"We are not invisible. We are not criminals. We are children, with dreams, with rights, and with voices that deserve to be heard."A Street Champion, Freetown

And it works. Thanks to campaigning by the children, by us and our partners, and by supporters like you, in 2026 the Government of Sierra Leone said it would repeal the loitering law. Meanwhile the ECOWAS Parliament called on every West African government to put a proper plan in place for street children, after the children, our partners and we gave evidence to its members in Freetown. "Because if it's not done with us, it's not really done for us."A Street Champion, Freetown
