About Us
Laughter Africa aids street children in Sierra Leone through outreach and care, offering a safe Interim Care Centre with education, healthcare, and life skills, while supporting family reunification, schooling, and national advocacy for children’s rights.
Advocacy
Laughter Africa supports street children by shaping policy, building strong partnerships with governments and NGOs, and amplifying children’s voices during important events such as International Day of the Street Child.
Education
At Laughter Africa’s Interim Care Centre, children return to school, build routine, and access vocational training alongside outreach workshops on hygiene, life skills, and drug awareness.
Volunteering
Laughter Africa volunteers aid street children through education, creative activities, and help with advocacy, fundraising & admin, helping advance the charity’s mission of protection & education.
